Economic and financial studies at the University of Ancona, Italy and Institut Catholique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (ICHEC) – Brussels, Belgium. Since 1997, as Managing Director of Eurocentro, he has managed and coordinated several national and transnational projects, also in regards to the administrative and financial issues and reporting duties. He has thus long experience in both management, financial and legal issues of EU projects, and in assisting organisations in project implementation.
